For Thanksgiving, we want to challenge GORUCK Nation to bring your community together for some rucking and good livin’ before you feast. We hope that you’ll be getting some time under a ruck with friends or family. It’s the perfect opportunity to get a little sweat in and have quality time with the people you love. The more the merrier! This can be scaled for all levels of physical ability.
The Details:
- Distance: 5 miles. Earn that bird!
- Weight: 20#/30# for those who workout regularly or 10#/20# for beginners
- 3 participants or more
- Throw in some ruck PT along the way. To make things more approachable, you can break up a single workout into 3 parts and distribute the sets across the beginning, middle and end of your ruck. Or go hard and do 3 full workouts during your event. Dealer’s choice!
- Optional: Encourage everyone to bring canned goods, then donate them to the charity of your choice at the end of the ruck
