At GORUCK, we build gear to last a lifetime and want you to be completely satisfied with your rucking equipment. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange items in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the product.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
